**TERMS & CONDITIONS OF XTREME PARTY RENTALS INC.**
*Effective immediately.*
**I. INTRODUCTION**
Welcome to Xtreme Party Rentals Inc. ("Xtreme", "we", "our", or "us"). We provide party rental services and products. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Xtreme and you ("Customer", "you" or "your"), and your rental of products and services from Xtreme Party Rentals Inc. Please read these Terms carefully before utilizing our services.
**II. BOOKING AND PAYMENT**
1. A non-refundable booking fee equivalent to 25% of the total rental cost is required at the time of booking. This fee secures the reservation of your desired items.
2. Full payment is expected if the booking is made less than one week prior to the event date.
3. Payments may be made via bank transfer or in cash. We do not accept payments directly on the website.
4. Upon booking, inventory is automatically reserved, making it unavailable to others for the selected date(s). If you have made an error please contact us immediately.
5. A deposit is mandatory to reserve rental equipment. Without a deposit, the availability of the desired rental cannot be guaranteed.
6. The balance of the rental cost is due on the day of the event.
7. If payment is not received in full by the day of the event, your booking will be cancelled.
**III. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY**
1. Cancellations must be communicated by calling us at 235-5502 at least 7 days in advance of your event to be eligible for a refund excluding the booking fee.
2. Cancellations within 7 days of the event date will incur a charge of 50% of the total rental cost.
3. Last-minute cancellations, barring weather-related issues, will result in the retention of 75% of the rental cost, or the option to reschedule.
4. In the event of cancellation due to weather conditions on the day of the event, a rain check valid for up to 1 year will be issued if notified before 8am. Booking fees are non-refundable.
5. No-shows will not be refunded.
6. If you need to reschedule your event, you may do so up to 7 days prior to the original event date. There will be a $50 rescheduling fee.
7. No refunds will be issued once our delivery team arrives at the event location for setup.
**IV. WEATHER POLICY**
1. Xtreme reserves the right to cancel reservations due to severe weather conditions.
2. In the event of inclement weather, Xtreme Party Rentals Inc will make every effort to reschedule your event for a later date. If we are unable to reschedule your event, appropriate action will be discussed.
3. Weather cancellations prior to delivery are eligible for a 1-year raincheck, but full cancellation will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
4. In the event of light rain, keep inflatables inflated to allow water to run off. If weather worsens, disconnect electricity and store blowers in a dry area.
4. Electronic equipment must be protected from the rain by the customer.
5. Once delivery and setup are initiated, full payment is required and no refunds will be issued.
(No refunds will be provided once the item is dropped off, even if it begins to rain later during the event.)
**V. CHANGE OF DATE**
1. Xtreme will accommodate change of date requests based on availability. The Customer is responsible for communicating this change as soon as possible.
2.You may change the date of your event up to 7 days prior to the original event date. There will be a $50 change of date fee.
2.If you need to change the date of your event within 7 days of the original event date, you will be subject to the cancellation policy.
**VI. HIRE PERIOD**
1. Delivery starts from 8:30am, or the evening before can be arranged for early events for a small fee.
2. The rental period begins when the equipment is picked up and ends when the equipment is returned. If the equipment is not returned on time, the customer will be charged an additional fee
3.The customer is responsible for the equipment during the entire rental period.
4. Pick up timings vary and are rental-specific; inflatable hire generally allows 2-7 hours of usage, with the latest pick up at 7pm, barring special arrangements.
5. Late return or pick-ups for other items will incur additional fees.
6. Delivery and pick-up times within your booking form reflect your rental duration; any extensions will be subject to extra charges.
**VII. COMPANY'S RESPONSIBILITY**
1. Xtreme Party Rentals Inc. is committed to delivering and setting up the equipment in a timely and professional manner and providing high-quality, clean, and safe equipment.
2. Xtreme Party Rentals Inc will provide the equipment in good working order.
3. Xtreme Party Rentals Inc will provide the equipment with all necessary safety equipment.
4.Xtreme Party Rentals Inc will be available to answer any questions you may have about the equipment.
**VIII. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY**
The Customer is expected to ensure proper use of all rented items, avoiding misuse and exposure to damaging conditions or substances.
Use of Equipment and Safety:
- The customer assumes full responsibility for the proper use and care of the equipment during the rental period.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring that the event venue has suitable space and conditions for setting up the bouncy castle and other rented equipment.
- The customer is responsible for providing a level, dry, and clear space for the equipment to be set up.
- The customer is responsible for providing a power source for the equipment.
- The customer agrees to follow all safety instructions provided by Xtreme Party Rentals Inc. and to ensure that all participants using the equipment do so in a safe and responsible manner.
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide a safe operating environment for the bouncy castle and other rented equipment, including ensuring adequate adult supervision at all times.
- Xtreme Party Rentals Inc. shall not be liable for any injury or damage caused due to the misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety instructions by the customer or participants.
- The customer agrees to bear any costs associated with damage caused to the equipment as a result of improper use, negligence, or intentional actions.
Use of Equipment and Safety - Inflatables:
- A responsible person over 18 years of age must supervise each inflatable at all times. If you do not have an attendant one can be provided for a fee.
- A responsible person over 18 years of age must receive, manage and take responsibility for rental item(s) and or equipment while in their care.
- Any soft play and/or other equipment hired must also be supervised by a responsible adult.
- The inflatable(s) must be secured to the ground at all times. The equipment must not be moved or re-positioned.
- No food or drinks are to be consumed on the inflatable (to avoid choking and mess).
- All shoes, badges and jewellery (e.g. large earrings, necklaces, etc.) must be removed to avoid damage to the equipment and injury to other users. It is recommended that spectacles and plastic alice bands are also removed. Adults must remove high-heeled shoes before stepping on mats.
- Ensure that the equipment is not overcrowded and limit the numbers depending on the age and size of children using it according to the recommendations printed on the equipment (on or near the front step of most inflatables).
- Do not allow children to take any hard or sharp objects onto the equipment, or anything large enough to block exits/entrances.
- Do not allow children to take balloons onto the equipment (burst balloons and strings can be a choking hazard).
- No party-poppers, henna, face paint, coloured streamers or “silly string” can be used near or on the equipment, as these may permanently stain the unit, for which you are liable.
- No water or other liquid to be poured or sprayed onto the equipment (other than a reasonable amount for cleaning purposes) as it causes the surface of inflatables to become slippery, damages soft play, and can result in subsequent bookings being cancelled if the equipment is too wet to be delivered. If equipment is deliberately soaked you will be charged double your hire fee to cover our costs in subsequent cancelled bookings and drying time.
- Inflatables must not be used in wind or wind gusts in excess of 24mph. Inflatables must not be used in heavy rain. Equipment must not be used in Thunder Storms.
- No smoking, barbecues, glass or animals on or near the equipment.
- Reckless or boisterous behaviour must not be allowed.
- Avoid large children and small children from using the equipment at the same time.
- Climbing, hanging, or sitting on the walls is dangerous and must not be allowed.
- Children must use slides one at a time and must not climb on the sides of the slide.
- Slides should be used in a sitting position, feet first – do not allow jumping from the top of the slide.
- Safety mats must be positioned at the bottom of the slide.
- Ensure that mats supplied with the equipment remain where they were positioned during installation.
- Do not allow anyone to bounce on the step/front apron of the inflatable(s). The step is there to help users get on and off.
- No-one with a history of back or neck problems should be allowed on the inflatable(s).
- Do not allow users on the inflatable(s) during inflation or deflation.
- If the inflatable(s) are not being used for any part of the day, please switch the blower(s) off at the mains. IMPORTANT: If more than one blower is being run from a single extension lead you must unplug all but one blower before switching back on, plug the remaining blowers in one at a time only when each inflatable or part is fully inflated.
- In the event of rain please remove children from the inflatable(s) and place a table or similar object over the blower(s) to prevent water from being blown inside the inflatable(s). Do not switch the blower(s) off. Once the rain has stopped, please ensure that the entrance and exit to the inflatable(s) are dried with a towel before children are allowed back on as they become slippery when wet.
- Ensure that the vent on the side of the blower is kept clear at all times.
- Should a blower overheat or lose power, immediately remove children from the inflatable and switch the blower off at the mains. It should restart when switched back on again 1 or 2 minutes later. If it does not please inform us on the telephone number above.
- We must be advised as soon as possible in the event of any injury requiring professional medical treatment. Treatment must be sought within 2 hours of the injury occurring and a detailed record of the incident and treatment must be provided to us.
- You must call us immediately upon any equipment failure. If you are unsure about anything, please contact us immediately.
**IX. LIABILITY INSURANCE**
1. Xtreme Party Rentals Inc carries liability insurance for all of its equipment.
2. Xtreme carries liability insurance coverage, which is contingent upon compliance with these Terms.
3. Our liability insurance covers unforeseen incidents that occur with the proper use of our equipment, in compliance with the provided safety instructions and applicable law.
4. The customer is responsible for any additional liability insurance that they may need.
5. The Customer is not covered for injury or damage caused by misuse of equipment or the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.
**X. OUR LIABILITY**
1. Xtreme shall not be liable for any indirect damages or loss of enjoyment due to equipment failure or availability.
2. Xtreme Party Rentals Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect losses or damages arising out of or in connection with the rental of equipment and services.
**XI. INDEMNIFICATION**
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any and all claims for injury or property damage, actions, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of the rental and use of the Company's equipment.
**XII. GOVERNING LAW**
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Barbados. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barbados.

Specific product-related terms may apply for certain rental items and will be communicated at the time of booking.
*These Terms are subject to change at Xtreme's discretion. It is the Customer's responsibility to review the Terms regularly.*
By placing a booking with Xtreme Party Rentals Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
