💰 Standard Delivery Fee: Calculated at checkout based on your location.
⚠️ Access Fees May Apply: Standard delivery included. Additional fees for distance over 50ft, stairs, elevator, or setup will be added to your invoice after we review your order details.
⏰ Rental Times
Standard Rental: 24 hours
Multi-Day: Available on request
Setup & Takedown: Drop-off included. Full setup available as add-on
📏 Space & Setup Requirements
- Space Needed: 10x10ft per 8ft table with 8 chairs
- Surface: Flat, level surface preferred
- Access: Clear path from truck to setup location. Note stairs/elevator at checkout
🚚 Access & Handling Fees
- Distance Fee: $25 minimum for carries over 50ft from truck
- Stair Fee: $35 per flight
- Elevator Fee: $25 per elevator use
- Setup Service: $1 per chair + $10 per table. $50 minimum
- Rush Fee: $50 for orders <48 hours before event
📋 Care & Safety Rules
- Do not drag tables/chairs. Lift to prevent damage
- No standing or sitting on tables
- Renter is responsible for stains or damage
🌧️ Weather Policy
Tables and chairs can be used in light rain. Cover or move indoors for heavy rain.
- Postponements: Contact us BEFORE delivery for a raincheck valid up to 1 year.
- Cancellations: Booking fee is non-refundable. Balance refunded only.
- After Delivery: Full payment due. No refunds.
