Play Time: 9am - 6pm | 10am - 6pm | 11am - 6pm
Latest Pickup: 6:00 PM sharp. No overnight rentals.
All Xtreme Party Rentals waterslides: 7-hour total rental window for half-day, unless it's a timed rental package.

Do Not Deflate: Slides are drained and dried by our team in daylight for safety. Wet slides are slippery in the dark, so we wrap up while it's still light.

👶 Age & Height Requirements

• Jump + Slide Combos: Great for children 3 years to 12 years
• Standalone Water Slides: Ages 3 to Adults with adult supervision

📏 Space & Setup Requirements

• Space Needed: At least 3 to 6 feet of clearance in every direction: Check the individual slide for H x W x L requirements.
• Surface: Grass is preferred. Pavement / concrete available with protective tarps.
• Water: Must have water access + garden hose. Garden hose within 100ft with good water pressure.
• No Power? Add generator rental $200
• Setup Time: We arrive 30-45min before your start time to set up and test.
• Power: 2 standard 110v outlets within 100ft. Must be dedicated and not shared.

🚫 Pathway & Delivery Rules

Measure BEFORE you book! Failure to provide accurate clearance can lead to cancellation without refund.

• Measure gate openings, walkways, and tight turns. Use a tape measure — don’t guess 📐
• Check for fences, gates, walls, dog runs, stairs, low branches, and steps 🌳🚪
• We cannot and will not lift inflatables over fences, gates, or through the house. No exceptions ❌
• Leave pathway clear on delivery day. Remove cars, tools, and clutter 🚗🧰
• If clearance is insufficient, choose an alternate setup area with proper access ✅

⏱️ Why This Matters — Avoid Cancellations & Delays

Large units are wider and heavier than they look. A tight gate or narrow path can block delivery. If we can’t safely bring the unit to the setup area, we may cancel the order without refund. Protect your booking: Measure first, book second. 📆

📋 Safety Rules

• No shoes, food, drinks, or pets on the slide
• Adult supervision required at all times
• Follow attendant instructions if operator is provided

🌧️ Weather Policy

Xtreme Party Rentals reserves the right to cancel for rain, severe weather, high winds, lightning, or excessive heat.

• Light Showers: Leave inflated. Water will run off the base.
• Heavy Rain: Disconnect power + blower. Fold unit with tarp to prevent damage.
• Postponements: Contact us BEFORE delivery for a raincheck valid up to 1 year.
• Cancellations: Booking fee is non-refundable. Balance refunded only.
• After Drop-off: No refunds if it rains later. Units are heavier when wet.
• After Setup: Full payment due. No refunds. No exceptions.
