These are not Push-up or Pop-up tents...these are commercial grade heavy-duty high-peak tents suitable for outdoor condition such as rain, wind and most important sun. Keep cool under or temporary shelters. Choose from 10ft x 10ft Standard Cover, 15ft x 15ft Standard Cover and 20ft x 20ft Tent Rental. Select either Standard, Clear or Frosted cover options.

📏 Space & Setup Requirements
- Space Needed: Tent size + 3 feet on all sides for staking and ropes
- Surface: Grass, dirt, or asphalt. Must be level
- Clearance: No low branches, power lines, or structures overhead
- Access: Clear path for tent poles, sidewalls, and equipment
🚫 Site & Delivery Rules
Measure BEFORE you book! Failure to provide accurate space can lead to cancellation without refund.
- Measure the full area including space for stakes and guy lines 📐
- Mark underground sprinklers, septic, pool lines, or cables
- We cannot set up on decks, rooftops, or uneven ground without approval
- Leave area clear on delivery day. Remove cars, furniture, and debris 🚗🧰
- If site is unsuitable, we will suggest an alternate setup area ✅
⏱️ Why This Matters — Avoid Cancellations & Delays
Commercial tents require proper staking or heavy weights for safety. Not enough space or soft ground can make setup unsafe.
If we cannot safely install the tent, we may cancel the order without refund.
Protect your booking: Measure first, book second. 📆
📋 Safety Rules
- No open flames, grills, or fireworks under or near tent
- Do not hang heavy items from sidewalls or frame. Sidewalls are for weather protection only
- Keep exits clear at all times
🌧️ Weather Policy
Xtreme Party Rentals reserves the right to cancel for severe weather, high winds, lightning, or excessive heat.
- Light Rain/Wind: Tents are designed to handle normal weather. Sidewalls available as add-on.
- High Winds/Storms: For safety, we may require takedown. Monitor weather closely.
- Postponements: Contact us BEFORE delivery for a raincheck valid up to 1 year.
- Cancellations: Booking fee is non-refundable. Balance refunded only.
- After Setup: Full payment due. No refunds. No exceptions.
