All rentals are operated by Xtreme Party Rentals Inc. For safety, this unit cannot operate in rain, winds over 15mph, or lightning. We will contact you 24 hours before if weather is a concern. If weather cancels, we offer free reschedule or account credit. No refunds within 48hrs of event.
