Booking Your Rental Online is Easy!

5. From the 'Select Category' drop down menu you can navigate each category and add items to your booking. Quantities can be adjusted in the cart on the right. Please review your cart before proceeding.


6. Provide your contact information, add the specific delivery details and include any timings for event setup. Your delivery time is when you want us to show up.


7. Confirm your reservation by paying the booking fee.


8. Check your email for a booking confirmation from us.



Rest assured, our team will review all reservations to ensure accuracy. Should we find any discrepancies, or if we have questions, we'll reach out to you promptly via email.

We accept Cash, 1st Pay, Bank Transfer and Business Cheques. We do not currently accept payments directly on the website.

1. A non-refundable booking fee equivalent to 25% of the total rental cost is required at the time of booking. This fee secures the reservation of your desired items.


2. Full payment is expected if the booking is made less than one week prior to the event date.


3. Payments may be made via bank transfer or in cash. We do not accept payments directly on the website.


4. Upon booking, inventory is automatically reserved, making it unavailable to others for the selected date(s). If you have made an error please contact us immediately.


5. A deposit is mandatory to reserve rental equipment. Without a deposit, the availability of the desired rental cannot be guaranteed.


6. The balance of the rental cost is due on the day of the event.


7. If payment is not received in full by the day of the event, your booking will be cancelled.


1. Delivery starts from 8:30am, or the evening before can be arranged for early events for a small fee.


2. The rental period begins when the equipment is picked up and ends when the equipment is returned. If the equipment is not returned on time, the customer will be charged an additional fee


3. The customer is responsible for the equipment during the entire rental period.

1. Pick up timings vary and are rental-specific; inflatable hire generally allows 2-7 hours of usage, with the latest pick up at 7pm, barring special arrangements.


2. Late return or pick-ups for other items will incur additional fees.


3. Delivery and pick-up times within your booking form reflect your rental duration; any extensions will be subject to extra charges.


4. Pick up times vary according to your rental item(s), event or booking duration. Rental items with pickups after 11pm are charged a late pick up fee or overnight fees.

When you rent a bounce house or waterslide from us, you can expect top-notch service and quality equipment. Our bounce houses are made from durable materials and are regularly inspected to ensure they are safe and clean for your use. We also provide setup and takedown services, so you don't have to worry about the hassle of setting up the equipment yourself. When Xtreme Party Rentals delivers a bounce house or waterslide, we typically provide the following items and services:

Items and Services Provided by

Xtreme Party Rentals:

  1. Bounce House or Waterslide: The primary inflatable unit that has been rented.

  2. Blower: Equipment required to inflate and keep the bounce house or waterslide inflated.

  3. Stakes, Sandbags or Weights: These are used to securely anchor the unit to the ground.

  4. Extension Cords: If the power source is not within reach, we will provide suitable extension cords.

  5. Setup and Installation: Our crew will install and fully set up the bounce house or waterslide.

  6. Briefing on Use: Instructions on how to safely use and monitor the use of the bounce house or waterslide.

  7. Tarp or Ground Cover: To protect the bottom of the inflatable unit from wear and tear.

  8. Cleaning and Sanitization Supplies: We will sanitize your inflatable rental before it is handed over to you.

Responsibilities of the

Customer Before Delivery:

  1. Provide a Suitable Area: Customers must ensure a flat and clean surface, free of sharp objects, debris, and pet waste, that is large enough for the bounce house or waterslide.

  2. Measure Space: Confirm that the space is large enough for the inflatable, including additional room for anchoring and safety zones.

  3. Confirm Power Source: Ensure that there is a working power outlet near the setup area or arrange for a generator if needed. The power source should be within range of the company's extension cords or the ones you can provide.

  4. Water Source: For waterslides, a hose and a reliable water source are necessary.

  5. Secure Pets: Pets should be kept away to prevent damage to the inflatable and for the safety of both the pets and guests. Please remove your pets from your rental area the day before and have the area properly cleaned and sanitized prior to our arrival. Failure to do so will result in us not being able to put the inflatable in desired area.

  6. Parking and Access: Provide clear access for the delivery crew, including parking space close to the setup location for easy unloading and setup.

  7. Permits: If required by local regulations, obtain any necessary permits for the use of the bounce house or waterslide on the property. Any park or outdoor public venue will require you to provide a generator. This is necessary to inflate the bouncer. We suggest no less that 3000 watts to 9kva generator. For events we suggest 25kva to 45kva generators. Rides do not come with a power source unless requested.

  8. Safety and Supervision: Arrange for adult supervision to monitor the children or users at all times during operation.

It's always important to check with us for specific requirements and what we include with our rental packages. Policies can vary from company to company, so it's best to confirm all details beforehand to ensure a smooth and successful event.


If these expectations are not met by arrival time and we have to return there will be a $40 return fee. please be considerate of all other customers delivery times.

Bounce houses can hold approximately 6-10 children at a time under 100 pounds. Other factors such as age, weight and height of each child should be considered. Limits are to be followed for the children's safety.

  1. Ensure that the equipment is not overcrowded and limit the numbers depending on the age and size of children using it according to the recommendations printed on the equipment (on or near the front step of most inflatables).
  2. Do not allow children to take any hard or sharp objects onto the equipment, or anything large enough to block exits/entrances.
  3. Do not allow children to take balloons onto the equipment (burst balloons and strings can be a choking hazard).
  4. No party-poppers, henna, face paint, coloured streamers or “silly string” can be used near or on the equipment, as these may permanently stain the unit, for which you are liable.
  5. Absolutely no pinatas near units, no confetti, no shoes, no food, no drinks, no gum, no cigarettes, no silly string, no sharp objects, no rough play, no flips, no hanging from the nets, no jewellery, no cell phones.

There will be no charge if the equipment is damaged due to a defect in the unit/ rental item. We check all equipment before it goes out to our clients. This way, you are always guaranteed a unit / rental item that is safe, clean and in a good working order. If the unit is damaged due to negligence, lessee shall pay lessor for damages or the full fair market value of the unit or asset. The Customer is expected to ensure proper use of all rented items, avoiding misuse and exposure to damaging conditions or substances. You may want to consider selecting and reading our damage waiver agreement. This can be found during the order process.

Use of Equipment and Safety:

  • The customer assumes full responsibility for the proper use and care of the equipment during the rental period.

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring that the event venue has suitable space and conditions for setting up the bouncy castle and other rented equipment.

  • The customer is responsible for providing a level, dry, and clear space for the equipment to be set up.

  • The customer is responsible for providing a power source for the equipment.

  • The customer agrees to follow all safety instructions provided by Xtreme Party Rentals Inc. and to ensure that all participants using the equipment do so in a safe and responsible manner.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide a safe operating environment for the bouncy castle and other rented equipment, including ensuring adequate adult supervision at all times.

  • Xtreme Party Rentals Inc. shall not be liable for any injury or damage caused due to the misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety instructions by the customer or participants.

  • The customer agrees to bear any costs associated with damage caused to the equipment as a result of improper use, negligence, or intentional actions.

A responsible person over 18 years of age must supervise each inflatable at all times. If you do not have an attendant one can be provided for a fee. A responsible person over 18 years of age must receive, manage and take responsibility for rental item(s) and or equipment while in their care. Children’s safety depends upon you. Your personal supervision is absolutely required. The safety of all rides is YOUR responsibility.

Dear Valued Customers,


We'd like to take a moment to remind you about the care and handling of rental linens.


**Care of Linens:**


Upon delivery, we ensure all linens are in excellent condition and ready for use. To maintain their quality, please refrain from using staples or pins on them. Also, keep them away from flames or heat sources that could cause damage.


**Responsibility for Washing:**


Leave the laundering to us! After your event, you do not need to wash the linens. Simply shake off any debris and place them in the bags provided. It's important not to store wet linens to avoid mildew.

Our professional team will take care of the washing and sanitizing, ensuring every item is clean and ready for the next customer.

It is preferred that an inflatable be reserved at least two weeks in advance of the date needed. We recommend this so the customer can get the unit desired for their event. For holidays it is preferred to book a month or more in advanced.

Immediately take the kids out of the unit. The motor may have stopped, in which case, check the cord connection at the outlet near the motor. If the motor is continuing to run, check the air intake on the side of the motor for blockage, and check both tubes at the back of the inflatable for snugness; re-tight as necessary. If you cannot detect the problem call us at 2355502 or 231-6384

During periods of rain, severe weather, high winds, lightning or excessive heat, Xtreme Party Rentals reserves the right to cancel a reservation. In case of rain, if it is light showers please leave inflated. This will allow the water to keep running off the base of the unit. If weather persist disconnect completely the electric power and the blower, and store it in a place where it won’t be exposed to the rain. Also, fold the unit along with the tarp so the water won’t damage the unit.

If it looks like rain is going to ruin your party and you want to postpone, just contact us before delivery and we can take a raincheck. We will take a raincheck up to 1 year. If you choose to completely cancel we will keep the booking fee and refund the balance only. Booking fees are non-refundable. Once our drivers arrive for set up, full amount must be paid, no refunds will be issued. No exceptions.

Take in mind that our units are heavier and harder to pick up when they are wet; there will be no refunds after we drop it off even if it starts to rain later in the day.

Weather policy applies to all rental products or services offered by Xtreme Party Rentals Inc.

If you need to cancel your event, please call us 7 days prior to your event at 235-5502 your booking fee will be kept and balance (if paid) will be refunded. Cancelling within 7days you will be charged 50% of the rental cost. If the rental is cancelled last minute (except for bad weather-related cancellations) 75% of rental cost will be kept or you can defer to another date. If you need to cancel your event due to weather conditions on the day of your event, please call before 8am. We will take a raincheck up to 1 year. Booking fees are non-refundable.

Once our drivers arrive for set up, no refunds will be issued. No exceptions.

Yes we do! Please allow 30 minutes before and after your rental time for our team to carefully erect, sanitize, secure or pick up your rental.

We prefer to setup on grass areas. However, smooth concrete areas are also accepted. The type of surface you choose to setup on is very important. We reserve the right not to setup on sandy, rocky or gravel areas of any kind with our inflatables and some linens. It causes damage and deterioration to the rentals and increases wear and tear to the vinyl products.

When you select a surface type it indicates to our team what additional tools are required to ensure a successful rental.

Yes, Xtreme Party Rentals Inc is a registered company operating in Barbados. We have public liability insurance.
