Follow these basic steps:

  1. Select the category from the products list you wish to choose
  2. Select the asset you wish to rent
  3. Click Book Online or Check Availability
  4. Next choose the date of your event and your delivery parish

  5. Select Click here to continue
  6. If you wish to increase the quantity of your selection or add other items to your booking follow these steps below.
    • (If not select No and continue to fill the form with your contact details. Fields marked with an * must be filled.)
  7. To add other assets or products to your booking click the drop down menu, select the category and click the item you wish to add.


  8. To increase the the quantity enter the amount in the shopping cart on the right. This cart shows you the total available quantity of an item. Repeat this step for other categories and products. (You can reduce quantities here also)


  9. When satisfied with your selection hit complete booking and simply enter your contact details below to complete the form.


  • Please note if you are booking a package it must always be booked first and then extra assets (chairs, linens, etc.) or increase in quantities can be added after.

We accept Cash, 1st Pay and Bank Transfer

Yes we require a 25% non-refundable booking fee. Booking fees should be paid at the time of booking. We do not currently take payment directly on the website, however payment can be sent via bank transfer or paid cash.

When you book on our site our inventory is automatically pulled and others will not be able to book the item(s) for the date.

If your booking is made in less than a week of your date we expect full payment.

We do not reserve any rentals unless a deposit is made. Without a deposit we can not guarantee the rental you want will be available.

We start deliveries from 8:30am. If your event has an earlier start time delivery can be arranged the night prior to your event.

Pick up times vary according to your rental item(s), event or booking duration. The latest pick up time for inflatable bouncers is 7pm. However, for other rental items pickups after 11pm are charged a late pick up fee.

All inflatables are cleaned and sanitized before they are turned over to the customer. Please allow 30 minutes before and after your rental time for our team to carefully erect, sanitize, secure or pick up your rental.

There’s only a few things we ask our clients do to which are the following. Turn off your sprinklers. Have an electric outlet (110 v) within 100 feet of the inflatable. Since some of our units are too big, be sure to have a clear entry with enough space. Have a clean and flat surface and make sure there’s no obstacles in the inflatable’s way such as (electric cables, tree branches, clutter or any animal feces - we would rather not set up on poop).

For waterslides, it is the responsibility of the client to provide the water. When inflatables are used at parks, fields or anywhere where access to power is limited; it is the sole responsibility of the client to provide a generator with adequate power for the size inflatable(s) rented. We suggest no less that 3000 watts to 7kva generator. Rides do not come with a power source unless requested.

If these expectations are not met by arrival time and we have to return there will be a $40 return fee. please be considerate of all other customers delivery times.

Bounce houses can hold approximately 6-10 children at a time under 100 pounds. Other factors such as age, weight and height of each child should be considered.

Limits are to be followed for the children’s safety

  1. Ensure that the equipment is not overcrowded and limit the numbers depending on the age and size of children using it according to the recommendations printed on the equipment (on or near the front step of most inflatables).
  2. Do not allow children to take any hard or sharp objects onto the equipment, or anything large enough to block exits/entrances.
  3. Do not allow children to take balloons onto the equipment (burst balloons and strings can be a choking hazard).
  4. No party-poppers, henna, face paint, coloured streamers or “silly string” can be used near or on the equipment, as these may permanently stain the unit, for which you are liable.
  5. Absolutely no pinatas near units, no confetti, no shoes, no food, no drinks, no gum, no cigarettes, no silly string, no sharp objects, no rough play, no flips, no hanging from the nets, no jewellery, no cell phones.

There will be no charge if the equipment is damaged due to a defect in the unit. We check all equipment before it goes out to our clients. This way, you are always guaranteed a unit that is safe, clean and in a good working order. If the unit is damaged due to negligence, lessee shall pay lessor for damages or the full fair market value of the unit or asset. You may want to consider selecting and reading our damage waiver agreement. This can be found during the order process.

A responsible person over 18 years of age must supervise each inflatable at all times. If you do not have an attendant one can be provided for a fee. A responsible person over 18 years of age must receive, manage and take responsibility for rental item(s) and or equipment while in their care. Children’s safety depends upon you. Your personal supervision is absolutely required. The safety of all rides is YOUR responsibility.

It is preferred that an inflatable be reserved at least two weeks in advance of the date needed. We recommend this so the customer can get the unit desired for their event. For holidays it is preferred to book a month or more in advanced.

Immediately take the kids out of the unit. The motor may have stopped, in which case, check the cord connection at the outlet near the motor. If the motor is continuing to run, check the air intake on the side of the motor for blockage, and check both tubes at the back of the inflatable for snugness; re-tight as necessary. If you cannot detect the problem call us at 2355502 or 231-6384

During periods of rain, severe weather, high winds, lightning or excessive heat, Xtreme Party Rentals reserves the right to cancel a reservation. In case of rain, if it is light showers please leave inflated. This will allow the water to keep running off the base of the unit. If weather persist disconnect completely the electric power and the blower, and store it in a place where it won’t be exposed to the rain. Also, fold the unit along with the tarp so the water won't damage the unit.

If it looks like rain is going to ruin your party and you want to postpone, just contact us before delivery and we can take a raincheck. We will take a raincheck up to 1 year. If you choose to completely cancel we will keep the booking fee and refund the balance only. Booking fees are non-refundable. Once our drivers arrive for set up, full amount must be paid, no refunds will be issued. No exceptions.

Take in mind that our units are heavier and harder to pick up when they are wet; there will be no refunds after we drop it off even if it starts to rain later in the day.

Weather policy applies to all rental products or services offered by Xtreme Party Rentals Inc.

If you need to cancel your event, please call us 7 days prior to your event at 235-5502 your booking fee will be kept and balance (if paid) will be refunded. Cancelling within 7days you will be charged 50% of the rental cost. If the rental is cancelled last minute (except for bad weather-related cancellations) 75% of rental cost will be kept or you can defer to another date. If you need to cancel your event due to weather conditions on the day of your event, please call before 8am. We will take a raincheck up to 1 year. Booking fees are non-refundable.

Once our drivers arrive for set up, no refunds will be issued. No exceptions.

We prefer to setup on grass areas. However, smooth concrete areas are also accepted. The type of surface you choose to setup on is very important. We reserve the right not to setup on sandy, rocky or gravel areas of any kind with our inflatables and some linens. It causes damage and deterioration to the rentals and increases wear and tear to the vinyl products.

When you select a surface type it indicates to our team what additional tools are required to ensure a successful rental.

Yes, Xtreme Party Rentals Inc is a registered company operating in Barbados. We have public liability insurance.
